アートを使った修養会

時間：10時〜12時（開場 9:30~）
アートを、イエスとの出会いへの架け橋に。
アートを「ただ何かを作ること」としてではなく、立ち止まり、自分の内側で起きていることに気づき、そこにおられるイエスに出会うための架け橋として用います。
「もし、アートが祈りへの入り口になるとしたら？」
このリトリートでは、少し立ち止まり、創り、そして自分の内側で起きていることに心を向けていきます。
アート、黙想、静かな時間、対話などを通して、イエスと共に歩む自分自身の霊的な旅を見つめていきます。
何か美しい作品を完成させることや、「上手にやること」が目的ではありません。
むしろ、私たちの日常のただ中におられる神の臨在に気づくこと。
アートを通して、見ること、表現すること、そして聴くことをゆっくりと学びながら、神様ご自身と、自分自身、そして神様が私たちの内に紡いでおられる物語に、より深く心を向けていきます。絵を描いたことがなくても大丈夫です。「自分はアートが苦手」と思っている方も大歓迎です。ここでアートは、何かを上手に作るためのものではなく、 神様と自分自身に出会うための「架け橋」です。

What if art could become a doorway into prayer?
This retreat invites you to slow down, create, and pay attention to what is happening within you. Through art, reflection, silence, and conversation, we will explore our spiritual journey with Jesus—not by trying to produce something beautiful or “get it right,” but by learning to notice God’s presence in the midst of our ordinary lives. No artistic experience is necessary. You don’t have to consider yourself an artist. Art simply becomes a bridge—a way of seeing, expressing, and listening that can help us become more attentive to God, ourselves, and the story He is forming in us.
